Muc-Off Launches Project Green Initiative
Muc-Off has launched Project Green, a long-term commitment to reduce environmental impact while continuing to deliver innovative cleaning and maintenance products for riders. Project Green reflects Muc-Off’s mission to protect the outdoors — the same environment their customers ride in every day.
What Is Project Green?
Project Green focuses on three key areas: product innovation, refill and recycling, and strategic partnerships. The goal is to reduce plastic waste, increase sustainability, and give riders eco-friendly options without compromising performance.
Since the beginning, Muc-Off has developed biodegradable cleaners and concentrated formulas to cut down on waste. Their refill stations — now available at select dealers — are expected to prevent more than 90,000 plastic bottles from being produced annually.
Partnerships with Environmental Leaders
Through Project Green, Muc-Off has joined 1% for the Planet, donating a portion of sales from Nano Tech bike wash refills to environmental nonprofits. The brand also supports beach cleanups and ocean protection initiatives through the Marine Conservation Society.
